What are your shipping charges?
Pickles and Poo is pleased to offer a $6.00 Flat Rate for USPS Parcel Post shipping with Delivery Confirmation!
Pickles and Poo also ships via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Shipping with Delivery Confirmation. You will initially be charged a flat rate of $12.95 to cover a large Priority Mail Flat Rate Box. We will make every attempt to fit your order into the smallest available Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope or Box. USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelopes are $4.60 and may fit 3 or 4 small items. Smaller USPS Priority Mail Boxes are $8.95. They are the size of either a shirt box or a shoe box and may fit several items. If your actual shipping charges come to less than $12.95, we will promptly and automatically refund the difference into the account you used to pay for your order via PayPal. You will not be required to do a thing to receive your refund, and you will be notified of it via PayPal. We do not charge a handling fee for Priority Mail. Customers in Alaska and Hawaii must choose the USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Shipping option.
Is it true that you offer $5 Next Day Local Delivery with Yucca Valley and Morongo Valley, California city limits?
You bet it's true! One of the reasons we started Pickles and Poo was frustration at the lack of a good local clothing source for our beloved Poo Pickle. This service is available next business day after 5pm. Because we love you so much, there is no minimum order value required. Upon checkout, simply select the "Local Delivery Service" option. Once you have completed your order, simply email service@picklesandpoo.com to set up your delivery appointment date and time, which will be as soon as the next business day in the evening between 5-7:30pm. We can deliver to your home, office, or meet you at an agreed-upon public location. You must personally sign for your order, or have a previously agreed-upon 3rd-party (as requested by you via email) sign for your order.
When will I receive my order?
Most orders are shipped out within one day of receipt of your cleared payment. If for some reason we are temporarily out of town, or delivering Pink Pickle, we will make a note on the Pickles and Poo Home Page explaining the situation and letting you know in advance when to expect shipment. Items shipped out to you via USPS Priority Mail and should arrive within 2-3 days of shipment. Items shipped out via USPS Parcel Post should arrive within 2-9 days of shipment (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). You will receive an email containing your shipping information.
Does Pickles and Poo offer international shipping?
At this point in time, we offer shipping to anywhere in the United States. We hope to offer international shipping at some point in the near future.
What is your return policy?
The Pickle family wants you to be happy with your purchases! Shopping for quality used baby and toddler clothing should be a fun and rewarding experience! Because of this, we offer an unconditional 100% Money Back Guarantee. If you are unhappy with any item or order, simply mail it back to us in its original condition within 10 days of receipt and we will refund you the full purchase price of the item(s). Please note, however, that we cannot refund shipping or delivery charges. We also cannot refund your purchase price if you return an item that is in an altered condition (washed, worn, stain, etc.). And we will know! Mama Pickle has an eagle eye and a schnoz like an anteater. If you return an item to us after 10 days of receipt, we will have to return your package to you.
Here is the returns procedure:
1. Please send an email to service@picklesandpoo.com with your name, phone number, and the order number found on your packing slip, to let me know you'd like a refund. Please let us know your reason for requesting a refund so we may either adjust the item description, or learn ways to better please you in the future. We will then reply to you with the return shipping address.
2. Return the item to us within 10 days of your receipt of the item(s). For example, if you received your order on the 1st of the month, it should arrive at our return address by the 11th of the month. If your return arrives late, we reserve the right to return your package to you without a refund. We are of course reasonable Pickles and will take your personal situation into account.
